Fees are typically charged monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as specifically provided in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fees with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and methodologies, are owned by NobleStack or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without our express written consent. Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding our services may be used by NobleStack without compensation or attribution.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Termination

NobleStack may terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or if we reasonably believe that continuing the relationship would violate applicable laws or regulations. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date, and we will return or securely destroy your confidential information as required by law, except for records we are required to maintain for regulatory purposes.

Regulatory Compliance

NobleStack operates under the supervision of Luxembourg financial authorities and complies with applicable financial services regulations. Our services are subject to various regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. We may be required to report certain information to regulatory authorities and may need to verify your identity and financial background as part of our compliance procedures.

Force Majeure

NobleStack shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures of third-party systems.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
